As soon as we enter, to our left is the American kitchen composed of all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, with an ideal central island. The dining room is opposite the kitchen consisting of a table and chairs. The living room, with access to the garden, is made up of two four-seater sofas each, an armchair, a bench for three guests and a coffee table. We will also find a TV in this space. On this floor there are four bedrooms: three with a double bed each and one with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub en suite. Two bathrooms with shower are also located on this floor. Climbing the internal staircase we access the upper floor of this magnificent villa.
