This spacious and stylishly furnished bungalow is conveniently located within a small development in a quiet vicinity of the Coral Bay Resort, yet only a few minutes' walk from the resort centre and beach. On entering the villa the first thing you will notice is the light and airy atmosphere with the amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea through the large glass French doors.

Once inside the villa, three steps will lead you down to the large and spacious open plan living and dining area. The space is beautifully decorated in a nautical theme, with many thoughtful details granting a real Mediterranean holiday feel.

The main feature of the living area is a comfortable large L-shaped sofa facing French doors, providing the most amazing pool and sea views. There is also a coffee table, decorative fireplace and a flat screen TV with android system as well as stereo system for your entertainment.

The stylish dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests.

The adjacent well equipped kitchen boasts electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a practical round glass table seating 5. The door from the kitchen leads to the poolside terrace equipped with dining table shaded by a large umbrella.

From the living area returning to the entrance level, you will find the 3 bedrooms of the villa consisting of; a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. Each bedroom has a different colour theme. One of the twin bedroom's ceiling is coloured like a blue sky and it is decorated with an underwater theme wall painting, which for sure will be appealing to the younger members of the group. All bedrooms have window shutters.

The property offers wireless internet connection and air conditioning for cooling and heating throughout (see rental rates). The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

The outside area is where you will find the furnished terrace and private 8m kidney shape swimming pool which is surrounded by garden furniture, sunbeds, umbrellas and manicured spacious lawn. The barbecue provided guarantees the perfect al-fresco dining experience whilst savouring the stunning Mediterranean Sea views.

Thanks to the villa's orientation with outside areas facing the East, you can enjoy your morning coffee on a terrace whilst admiring beautiful sunrise(s).

The gate at the bottom of the garden will take you to a short walking path, offering a nice stroll with mesmerising views of the Mediterranean.
